However, women are equally experienced and even sometimes ahead of men in several socio-economic activities. Unquestionably women are also the backbone of our society like adoring daughters, caring mothers as well as competent colleagues.

We are determined by the vision of a world where all women relish full nationality, earn with self-respect as well as create wealth and value for all. It is also completely true that when we help and empower women the entire society benefits from it.

A well-educated woman always keeps her family healthy, ensures that her children go to school regularly as well as help in improving the income levels. As a result, communities turn out to be more prosperous.

But unfortunately, in India, there are several villages and rural areas where there is nothing like women empowerment. They are not sent to school and even do not have access to their basic rights such as health, employment as well as most reputable status in the society.

In India, women create nearly half of the workforce but due to the prevalence of patriarchism, they are not able to enjoy a reputable place in society when compared to men.

Right from the ancient time, women have actively contributed in different social as well as religious affairs, so it is important that women’s chastity, diffidence as well as self-esteem is properly protected in order to make sure that their honorable position is maintained in the society.

Fly Foundation, have developed several programs for women empowerment in order to help women in India to get access to their basic rights.

Our team provides assistance to women as well as girls so that they can get access to education, healthcare, legal support as well as livelihood opportunities at the right time. We also help them to live a life that is free from ferocity as well as gender discrimination.

It is clear now that without eliminating the social stigma, it is not possible to attain progress as well as development. In order to create awareness in society, it is now the responsibility of both government and non-government organizations to come together and play an active role.

Almost 50,000 women lose their life due to problems caused at the time of pregnancy. So, for such women, we are also offering medical care & nutrition so that they can have a safe pregnancy.
